Consumer Responsibilities
As a GATEDP participant, you agree to:
1. Be responsible for routine equipment maintenance, such as replacing batteries, paper or other accessories.
2. Accept responsibility for any damages to your device.
3. Notify GATEDP if your equipment is stolen. You also must obtain a police report and file a claim with your insurance carrier, designating GACHI as the beneficiary.
4. Return your equipment to GATEDP at least 30 days prior to relocating out of state.
5. Not sell, pawn, or loan your equipment to anyone outside your household.
6. Maintain telephone service in your home.
