Application & Registration Instructions:
Whether your son or daughter wishes to attend Teen or Youth Camp
Juliena, you must complete and submit the appropriate application
AND registration forms below, making sure to provide all requested
information and sign where indicated.
If you are in need of financial assistance, please enclose your
financial aid request letter with your registration and application
forms (click on “Camp Juliena” in the menu bar at
left for more information about financial aid).
